Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, seeks a restaurant manager to lead store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of hourly staff while ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

Successful candidates will have at least two years of restaurant management experience, strong English communication, and solid MS Office skills. Flexibility for long hours, including peak seasons, is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing hourly team members; schedule and evaluate staff.
• Maintain safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere in the store.
• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly team members and address needs and concerns.
