Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing hourly team members.
• Schedule and evaluate staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant environment.
• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly team members and address concerns.
• Set clear benchmarks and expectations for staff performance.
• Oversee performance to meet company standards with follow-up.
• Respond to immediate store needs and guest requests.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.
• Enforce operating policies and programs store-wide.
• Report plans and goals to Area Director; communicate actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned; accommodate peak-hour demands.
