ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny's BBQ franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You will hire, train, and supervise hourly staff; uphold safety and service standards; and drive a memorable customer visit across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the stamina to work 45–50 hours weekly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of restaurant management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and train hourly staff and oversee daily operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate hourly staff.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Ensure shifts run smoothly with clear benchmarks and expectations.
• Achieve high guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Work at least 45–50 hours per week as needed.
