Job summary

IHOP is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the restaurant and ensure exceptional guest experience. You will supervise staff, drive profitability, and maintain IHOP standards in service and quality.

Responsibilities include executing financial objectives, coordinating with the franchisee organization, and maintaining strong guest relations. You will lead recruitment, training, and compliance with SOPs while managing schedules, reports, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English proficiency incl. reading/writing and public speaking skills preferred.
• Basic computer skills such as email and MS Office are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant objectives in sales, service, and profitability per IHOP SOP.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hourly staff and franchisee organization.
• Oversee front and back-of-house operations with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure recruitment, training, food safety, sanitation, and security comply with SOP.
• Perform supervisory duties including hiring, training, directing workflows, and evaluating performance.
• Complete reports and maintain personnel files on time.
