IHOP in Maine is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front and back‑of‑house operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold IHOP standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees
• Manage the restaurant floor with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with SOP in areas such as recruitment, training, food safety, and sanitation
• Supervise recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
• Complete reports and paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain personnel files with necessary documents
• Available to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
