Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and uphold our culture. You will support the Restaurant Leader in shift management, ensure standards are met, and drive great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management, flexibility for various shifts, and a willingness to complete company training. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay in most states, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Uses logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Ensures cleanliness and that the facility is in good working order.
