Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding our standards and culture. You will help manage cash, open/close the store, and lead shifts while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

You will enforce policies, deploy Crewmembers, and monitor logs to drive results. The role requires 3+ years of restaurant management, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed for training.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in operational excellence.
• Act as manager on duty; open/close the Restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
• Lead shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Use tools/logs to document results and take corrective action.
• Deploy Crewmembers during shifts and provide customer service.
• Authorize manager-level actions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Ensure cleanliness and proper facility operation.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
