Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager (OM) to support the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant operations.

Your impact includes acting as manager on duty, opening and closing, managing cash, enforcing policies, training crews, deploying staff during shifts, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management.
• Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Willing to travel for work-related functions and training.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Oversees shift execution, training and deployment.
