Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC. is seeking a qualified restaurant manager in Florida to lead daily operations and deliver the signature guest experience at Sonny’s BBQ. You will hire, train, and supervise hourly staff, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

Expect 45–50 hours per week with additional peak-season hours as needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K matching, manager meals, and a $2,500 annual vacation allowance.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak/read English and communicate with staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation of hourly staff.
• Maintain a safe, professional and engaging restaurant environment.
• Lead daily operations to ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance of team members.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and respond to store needs.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and programs.
