Sonny's BBQ in Florida is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations and deliver the signature guest experience. You will hire, train, schedule, and supervise hourly team members, while upholding safety, cleanliness, and high service standards.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management, excellent interpersonal and time management skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Expect 45–50 hour weeks and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop, schedule, and evaluate hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly team members and address their needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly team members.
• Oversee performance and ensure outcomes meet company standards.
• Respond to immediate store needs.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store.
• Work at least 45 hours per week; may require up to 50 hours during peak seasons.
