Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is seeking a manager to lead operations and guest experiences at our Florida location.

You will hire, train, schedule, and develop hourly staff, ensure a safe, engaging atmosphere, and uphold Sonny’s standards. Expect a 50-hour week (more during peak seasons) with a robust benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401K with 4% matching, and a vacation stipend.

Qualifications

• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English; communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Oversee assistant managers and hourly staff performance with regular follow-up.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Respond to store needs and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Report information to Area Director with plans of action.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
