ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is seeking a results-driven restaurant manager to lead daily operations in Lakeland, FL and deliver the guest experience our guests expect. As a manager you will hire and train staff, schedule, maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere, and set performance benchmarks to ensure smooth shifts.

Expect 45–50 hour weeks with higher demand at times. This role includes monthly bonuses, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K with 4% match, manager meals

Qualificações

• Two years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to read and speak English; communicate with staff and guests.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Willingness to work 45–50 hours per week and peak-season hours.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train and develop hourly team members; schedule and evaluate.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly staff and address their needs daily.
• Set benchmarks and expectations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Oversee staff performance with follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs and guest requests.
• Ensure exceptional service and a memorable guest experience.
• Enforce store policies and programs to keep Sonny’s a great place to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
