Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is seeking experienced restaurant managers in Florida to lead daily operations and deliver the one-of-a-kind guest experience Sonny’s is known for.

You will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members; ensure a safe, engaging atmosphere; and maintain high service standards. The position requires 45–50 hours weekly with potential peak-season increases.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members.
• Ensure that restaurants have a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Are the go-to resource for all hourly team members; address needs and concerns daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations so shifts run smoothly.
• Oversee hourly performance to meet company expectations through follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Execute store policies, procedures, and programs within the store.
• Ability to work at least 45 hours per week; may require 50 hours in peak periods.
• Report information to General Manager through plans of action and goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
