ACGBBQ, LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is seeking a restaurant manager to run daily operations and drive guest satisfaction in Florida. The role oversees hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of hourly staff, maintaining a safe and engaging atmosphere, and meeting company standards.

The manager will ensure smooth shifts, deliver exceptional service, and adapt to peak periods with possible 50-hour workweeks.

Formación

• Must have excellent English reading/writing ability and be able to interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• At least two years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Ability to use computers, including Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant operations to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating hourly team members.
• Maintain a safe, professional, engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Set clear expectations and benchmarks for staff and monitor performance.
