Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is seeking a restaurant manager to lead daily operations and deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience. You will hire, train, schedule, and mentor hourly staff while ensuring safety, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere across the restaurant.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, excellent interpersonal and time management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety rules and procedures; write routine reports.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop hourly team members.
• Maintain safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Set clear benchmarks and monitor performance of staff.
