Job summary

Yoshinoya America, Inc. is hiring for a supervisory role in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The position supports daily food preparation, cashiering, guest relations, and supervision of team members across shifts.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to Yoshinoya specifications and safety standards while coordinating with the District Manager and corporate office. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience, preferably in QSR or Fast Casual.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Read and interpret safety policies and operating/maintenance instructions.
• Prepare routine reports and communicate with customers clearly.
• Follow company procedures and interact effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire location.
• Participates daily in food preparation, cooking, plating, cashiering and guest relations while supervising and directing others.
• Serves as backup to team members and covers breaks as needed.
• Ensures all food and beverages are made and presented according to Yoshinoya specifications and safety requirements.
• Conducts performance reviews with the District Manager and trains staff with feedback.
