Job summary

Holy City Hospitality LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the team in Charleston, ensuring high standards in food, beverage, and service. You will work with the management team to staff, train, and develop staff, maintaining a cohesive front to staff and guests.

You’ll oversee staffing levels, supervise day-to-day operations, and perform daily walk-throughs to identify and address issues, while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Able to stand for a 12-14 hour shift.
• Able to work independently and make the right decisions for the business.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with staffing oversight across management and hourly staff.
• Determine appropriate staffing levels with the management team.
• Continually develop staff through training and programs.
• Ensure the quality of food, beverages, service, and the restaurant.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify areas needing attention or repair.
