Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor control, and inventory practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
