H. House is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage across our Charleston properties. This hands-on leadership role requires a dynamic, customer-focused approach and proven hotel operations experience.

You will implement procedures, manage budgets, monitor property standards, and serve as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is unavailable. Flexibility in scheduling and strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel operations management experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
