Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in culinary and wine, a culinary or related degree, and strong proficiency with POS, payroll, and accounting software.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of culinary & wine experience, preferably in fine dining.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Culinary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with business partners.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint.
• Experience with accounting software, POS systems, and payroll/HRIS systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage staffing levels; write weekly staff schedules to meet labor targets.
• Supervise dining room service and front‑of‑house operations.
• Collaborate with management to control labor costs and budgets.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health, safety, and labor regulations.
