Job summary

IHOP Idaho Falls is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

The role includes shift oversight, staffing, training, coaching, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. You will prepare end-of-shift reports, manage inventory, ordering, and adhere to uniform policies while delivering consistent, high-quality service across the unit.

Qualifications

• Awareness of events in the local area to ensure proper staffing.
• Willing to work at any local units or possibly relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operation during scheduled shifts and make daily decisions.
• Provide consistent support and leadership to staff and ensure guest interactions are positive.
• Uphold IHOP standards for quality, cleanliness, and sanitation; monitor uniform compliance.
• Prepare and review end-of-shift reports (sales, cash, labor) and manage food production checklists.
• Handle ordering of food, small wares, uniforms and other supplies; staff recruitment and onboarding.
