Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Help assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative environment.
• Keep the team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials for clear service standards.
• Support training and orientation for new employees and supervise performance to ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor time cards, adjust schedules to minimize overtime, enforce SOPs, and handle cash receipts and deposits.
