Job summary

IHOP is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability while maintaining IHOP standards of quality and service. You will oversee front and back of house, supervise staff, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales growth.

You will recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees, handle guest concerns professionally, and ensure compliance with SOPs. This position requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant operations and staff.
• Ability to recruit, train and evaluate employees per SOP.
• Focus on profitability, sales growth and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual objectives for finances, marketing, guest service and HR.
• Maintain professional relationships with hourly staff and franchisee org.
• Manage front and back of house operations to uphold standards.
• Recruit, train, direct work flow, and discipline staff as needed.
• Prepare and file reports and maintain personnel records.
• Be available to work days, nights and weekends.
