Job summary

IHOP is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager for our El Paso location to lead daily operations on a full-time basis. You will oversee shifts, support staff, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold standards, maintain cleanliness, and drive high-quality service while managing inventory and safety.

You will also hire and train hourly team members, run end-of-shift reports, monitor recipes, order supplies, and implement improvements to raise efficiency and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Open availability is required.
• Awareness of local area events to ensure proper staffing.
• Willingness to work at any local unit or relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation during scheduled shifts and make daily decisions.
• Provide consistent support to staff and ensure positive guest interactions.
• Staffing: interview, hire, train hourly candidates and conduct orientations.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (sales, cash, labor) and manage inventory and recipes.
• Enforce uniform standards, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Approve discounts and address operational opportunities with improvement plans.
