Qualifications

• Knowledge of P & L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and train staff.
• Plan and coach the team through meetings and reviews.
• Develop and maintain sales and monitor costs and profits.
• Control inventory, labor, and safety compliance.
• Ensure health, safety, and image standards are met.
• Manage payroll and employee records in accordance with law.
• Communicate with Area Coach and participate in meetings.
