Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through local store marketing and costs controls.
• Monitor utilities, supplies, and inventory; analyze profits and losses.
• Develop and post labor schedules; adjust staffing for sales volume.
• Oversee cash handling and daily deposits per procedures.
• Maintain food safety and health standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coordinate payroll and staffing changes; maintain personnel records.
• Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities as needed.
• Attend district meetings to review operations and policies.
• Complete administrative paperwork and reporting.
