• Responsible for the profit goals of the operation.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to concerns.
• Lead teams: recruiting, training, and follow-up.
• Provide open-door communication and foster an ownership culture.
• Report sales results and productivity to management.
• Analyze financial statements relative to budgeted goals and take corrective actions.
