Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations for a respected quick-service restaurant group. You will drive people, product, service, and profitability while building a strong, engaged team in a well-established brand environment.

You will leverage proven leadership, P&L management, and cost controls to optimize performance and guest satisfaction, with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Requires previous management experience in quick-service restaurants or a recognized brand.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, labor control, and cost management.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations focusing on people, product, service, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the management team and crew members.
• Manage labor and staffing levels aligned with business needs and sales forecasts.
