Job summary

BURGER KING in Watertown, CT seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staff and financial performance. This hands-on leader partners with the above-store team to execute the business plan and develop talent across the operation.

You will supervise and train employees, ensure brand standards, recruit for management roles, and maintain food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage P&L.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish helpful.
• Experience as Assistant Manager/GM in customer service with food service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains restaurant-level employees, ensuring brand standards.
• Manages staffing, recruitment, and development for management roles.
• Maintains brand image through cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Analyzes financial and operating performance; plans for sales growth.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed; adheres to budget goals.
• Leads shift operations with emphasis on cost control and teamwork.
