Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, sanitation, health codes, and safety.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage staff to provide the highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching to achieve excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the Shake Shack brand locally through events and outreach.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
