Morada Bay Beach Cafe in Islamorada, FL seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and alignment with resort standards. You will balance operational excellence with financial stewardship, staffing, and service quality in a luxury setting.

You will oversee menu presentation, staff development, and cross-department collaboration to maintain brand integrity and drive profitability in a beachside environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 5+ years managerial experience in food & beverage, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Hotel/Restaurant Management degree preferred; fluency in Spanish and Excel skills a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost control, maximize profits, and offer unique dining experiences.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and promptly address feedback and complaints.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline staff; ensure clear communication and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and uphold established service standards.
