Job summary

Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a hands‑on Food & Beverage Manager to lead the resort’s dining rooms, bars, and banquet programs. You will drive guest satisfaction, elevate service standards, and partner with culinary leadership to align front‑of‑house with back‑of‑house operations.

With 4–5 years of progressive F&B leadership, you will manage budgets, forecast performance, and mentor a diverse team in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive F&B experience with significant leadership responsibility in a resort, upscale hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, labor, inventory, cost of sales, and profitability.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent communication, organization, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day‑to‑day direction for the resort’s F&B operation, including outlets and banquet/event service.
• Maintain a visible, hands‑on presence during peak meal periods and events.
• Establish and uphold elevated service, cleanliness, presentation, hospitality, and guest experience standards.
• Conduct rounds to ensure operational standards and anticipate guest needs.
• Lead pre‑shift meetings and ensure proper cash handling, security, and SOP adherence.
• Drive revenue through menu strategy, pricing, promotions, and guest experiences.
