Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to shape first impressions.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for new guests.
• Manage bus stations to stay clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Distribute clean dishes, glassware, and utensils to stations.
• Polish glassware and silverware and check cleanliness.
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness including floors.
• Retrieve and fold linens and manage stock at stations.
• Adhere to Board of Health cleanliness standards.
• Participate in team briefings and present a professional appearance.
• Maintain friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with issues.
