Morada Bay Beach Cafe in Islamorada, FL is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm, attentive service on the sandy shores of the Florida Keys. You will take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure guests leave with a memorable dining experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with previous hospitality experience and a professional demeanor. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times and participate actively in team briefings.
