Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in food and beverage industry.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory role.
• Experience resolving customer issues/complaints and delivering high-quality service.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.

• Must be of legal age to service alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Manage service aspects in all food and beverage assigned areas and events.
• Manage dining room, café, pools, bar and events to ensure proper room preparation and setup.
• Confirm staff uniform and appearance standards.
• Manage and train staff in all technical and non-technical aspects of their role.
• Communicate with service and kitchen staff regarding reservations and events.
• Conduct pre-shift, pre-meal and pre-event meetings with staff.
• Evaluate and supervise performance; carry out disciplinary actions as needed.
• Make rounds of food and beverage outlets to ensure guest needs are met.
• Open/close bars, cafés, restaurants, and pools; ensure areas are secured after departure.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly punch details and open check reports.
• Maximize F&B sales through upselling and promotions.
• Protect staff and guests by training on safety, sanitation and alcohol policies.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and feedback.
• Communicate and team well with other departments.
