Exit-76-Corporation is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead overall store operations, inventory and financial controls. You will supervise staff, recruit talent, oversee training, and drive local marketing efforts while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. Exceptional customer service is a core focus.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and performance management, with a commitment to efficiency and cost control in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in QSR environment with supervision and staff training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to recruit staff and manage schedules.
• Knowledge of local marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of 4–12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; conducts staff evaluations.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures that all health and food safety codes are maintained and safety policies followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
