Exit-76-Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to direct overall store operations, inventory, and money control systems. You will lead a team to ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.

The role includes recruiting, training, and coordinating local marketing initiatives to drive sales and retention. The candidate should have at least two years in a QSR setting, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency with a POS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a QSR environment with supervision experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Create and post staff work schedules.
• Lead a staff of 4–12; evaluate performance and manage promotions or terminations.
• Communicate changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security codes.
