Exit-76-Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to lead overall store operations, overseeing staff, inventory control, money handling, and adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and security standards. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and local marketing efforts to promote sales.

You will recruit, train, schedule 4–12 staff, evaluate performance, and maintain business records while ensuring health codes and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a QSR environment with staff supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recruit staff and oversee training programs.
• Experience with inventory and money control systems.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; recommends promotions or terminations.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health, safety, and security codes are followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
