Job summary

Exit-76-Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to oversee overall store operations, inventory control, and staff supervision. You will ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained while leading recruiting and training efforts.

The role may involve promoting sales to prospective customers and driving local marketing initiatives. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in a fast‑service environment with strong communication and leadership skills,

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in QSR environment; supervising and training staff; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; conducts staff evaluations.
• Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and policy followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
