The role emphasizes recruiting, training, and ensuring safety compliance, with on-going interaction with customers to promote sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a QSR environment with staff supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Ability to work 40–50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates work and handles promotions or terminations.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and food safety codes are maintained and safety policies followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
