Strong leadership and customer service are essential. The role involves recruiting and training staff, supporting local marketing efforts, maintaining business records, and promoting exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in QSR environment with supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of 4–12; evaluates, promotes, transfers, or terminates staff.
• Communicates changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and security codes.
