Exit-76-Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to oversee overall store operations, inventory control, and money handling. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, and ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising 4–12 staff, implementing marketing initiatives, maintaining records, and working to promote sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in QSR environment with supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work. Conducts staff evaluations.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures that all health and safety codes are maintained and company safety policy followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
