• Minimum 5 years in restaurant or retail management.
• Proven ability to improve performance via P&L analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Recruit, onboard, and train Team Members and Shift Leads for a strong, prepared team.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders.
