Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ and ServSafe certified; English proficiency and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruits, trains, and evaluates employees; ensures staffing and development; upholds My Promise to You and SPC.
• External Service: ensures guest satisfaction, food quality, safety, and brand standards; handles guest concerns professionally.
• Sales & Profits: analyzes performance data and drives sales/profits within budget and brand guidelines.
