Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Internal Promote: 1+ years as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations.
• External Recruit: 3+ years managing a service concept with full P&L.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 18+, English proficiency, strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organizing skills; PC skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; ensure compliance with labor laws and policies; motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• External Service: Deliver excellent guest service and food quality; manage guest concerns and maintain brand image; ensure proper operation of systems.
• Sales & Profits: Analyze operational and financial performance; identify trends; focus on increasing sales and profitability; monitor costs against budget.
