IHOP in Boise is seeking a General Manager to direct daily operations, lead service, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will implement training programs, manage staff, monitor finances, and ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance are met across the unit.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to recruit and coach crew, respond to guest feedback, and maintain safety and quality across food prep and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related management experience.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with guests and staff.
• Experience implementing training programs.
• Knowledge of SOPs and local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develop professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for hourly employees.
• Execute annual operating objectives, marketing, guest service, and HR plans for the unit per SOPs.
• Manage the restaurant floor and guest interactions; handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with regulations at all levels.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; conduct appraisals and coach performance; enforce policies.
• Ensure food safety, proper inventory and supplies, and quality presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
