Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' management experience in QSR or 1 year in full-service restaurant.

• Knowledge of local store marketing, sales building, and cost control.
• Strong management, team building and communication skills.
• Able to read and analyze profit and loss statements.
• Willingness to work ~50 hours weekly and maintain safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team to meet customer satisfaction, sales and profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members following company procedures.
• Schedule labor, manage food ordering, and project staffing needs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
• Implement local store marketing events and promotions to boost sales.
• Complete daily/weekly/period-end paperwork accurately.
• Troubleshoot operations and drive cost-control initiatives.
• Motivate and coach staff to achieve service standards.
