Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, maintain quality, and drive sales while controlling costs. You will lead shift leaders and managers, coach staff, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a QSR managing role or 1 year in a full service managing role.
• Open availability for any shift with varying responsibilities and a 46+ hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs team members to meet service-time goals and ensure accurate orders.
• Maintains high-quality product standards and trains staff on responsibilities.
• Manages operations with or without senior leadership and delegates tasks.
• Ensures a clean, safe restaurant and proper food safety practices.
• Handles labor scheduling, inventory, and cost-control initiatives.
