Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit and develop talent, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive local marketing initiatives to grow sales while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Formación

• Minimum two years in a management role in quick service or one year in full-service management.
• Prefer 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lead, train and evaluate team members.
• Knowledge of local store marketing, sales building and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the restaurant team to meet customer service, sales and profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff; provide direction and coaching.
• Schedule labor, order food and manage inventory to meet demand.
• Maintain health, safety and labor law compliance and ensure a harassment-free environment.
• Implement in-store promotions and local store marketing events to boost sales.
• Prepare paperwork for daily, weekly and period-end activities and control costs.
• Monitor and improve cleanliness and team member image; ensure timely task completion.
