Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage front and back-of-house operations to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Assist in the execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives per IHOP SOP and operations plan.
• Comply with regulations applicable to the unit.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees as defined by IHOP SOP and operations plan.
